Pinebug Studio is a small design studio in Oregon. We try to keep things simple and honest, and that includes how we handle your information. This privacy policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

Pinebug Studio is a registered trade name (DBA) of Brain Shudder Studio LLC, an Oregon limited liability company.

This privacy policy applies to information collected through our website at pinebugstudio.com. It does not apply to purchases made through our Etsy shop (PinebugStudio on Etsy.com); those are governed by Etsy's privacy policy and our Etsy shop policies.

We may add additional services in the future (such as a dedicated email marketing platform). When we do, we will update this policy.
Our website links to our Etsy shop. Once you click through to Etsy, you are subject to Etsy's privacy policy, not ours.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
Newsletter subscribers: we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter we send.
Email correspondence: we keep emails you send us for as long as needed to respond and for our records, typically up to three years.
Website analytics: technical data is retained by Squarespace for the period defined in their policies.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. This includes:
Hosting on Squarespace, which uses industry-standard security practices
Two-factor authentication on our business accounts
